Cold Weather Advisory issued November 11 at 1:15AM EST until November 11 at 9:00AM EST by NWS Tampa Bay Ruskin FL
* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as
21 expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
as low as 20 expected.
* WHERE...Coastal Citrus, Coastal Levy, Inland Citrus, and Inland
Hernando Counties.
* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 8 AM EST this morning. For
the Cold Weather Advisory, until 9 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
