Cold Weather Advisory issued November 10 at 5:55AM EST until November 11 at 9:00AM EST by NWS Tampa Bay Ruskin FL
* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as
29 expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
as low as 21 expected.
* WHERE...Coastal Citrus, Coastal Levy, Inland Citrus, Inland
Hernando, and Inland Levy Counties.
* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from 2 AM to 8 AM EST Tuesday. For
the Cold Weather Advisory, from 2 AM to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
