Special Weather Statement issued November 9 at 5:31AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Low level moisture and relatively calm winds will result in
patchy fog this morning. Localized areas of dense fog with
visibilities under one quarter of a mile will be possible.
Use extra caution if traveling. Slow down and use low beam
headlights.
