Wind Advisory issued November 5 at 11:01AM EST until November 6 at 7:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 45 to 55 mph expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
