Wind Advisory issued October 30 at 1:08PM EDT until November 1 at 5:00AM EDT by NWS Buffalo NY
* WHAT...West to northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Erie, Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga,
Oswego, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario, Chautauqua,
Cattaraugus, and Allegany Counties.
* WHEN...From 11 AM Friday to 5 AM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects,
including Halloween decorations. Tree limbs could be blown down
and a few power outages may result.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
