👻 Before you trick or treat today, head over to the Ingram Borough Building for a costume contest and the parade! 👻
🏅Starting at 1:00 p.m. judges will mingle with the crowd carefully selecting the best costumes. Winners will be announced at 1:30 p.m.🏅
Once the winners are announced and have received their medals they will lead the parade of participants down West Prospect Avenue towards Ingram Avenue.
🍫Trick or Treating will be held following the parade from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.🍭
All events will occur rain or shine!
Public Safety vehicles will be patrolling Ingram Borough streets to monitor traffic and keep participants as safe as possible.
