Special Weather Statement issued October 18 at 7:00AM CDT by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
Some local patchy dense fog has formed over the Coastal Plains.
Fog will reduce visibility to less than a half mile at times this
morning. Visibility will improve by late morning.
