* WHAT...Temperatures falling into the low and mid 30's resulting in
frost formation.
* WHERE...Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
