* WHAT...Temperatures will fall into the mid 20s to low 30s early
this morning.
* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
