Special Weather Statement issued September 28 at 12:27AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Patchy dense fog is possible this morning, with visibility one-
quarter of a mile or less in localized areas.
Motorists should be prepared for rapidly fluctuating and locally
poor visibility early this morning. Visibility will gradually
improve as fog lifts by mid-morning..
