Thursday, September 25, 6:50 P.M.
On September 25, 2025, the Caernarvon Township Police Department took several reports of thefts from vehicles in the Pennwood Development located within Caernarvon Township, Berks County. The thefts occurred in the early morning hours. One said that among the items missing was his wallet containing cash and credit cards.
As a result of information gathered by Officer Christopher Dunlap suspect's descriptions and that they were operating a U-Haul truck. This information was passed on to additional Caernarvon Township Officers.
