Special Weather Statement issued September 25 at 4:23AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Patchy dense fog has developed early this morning, with
visibility one-quarter of a mile or less in localized areas.
Motorists should be prepared for rapidly fluctuating and locally
poor visibility early this morning. Visibility will gradually
improve as fog lifts by mid-morning..
