Special Weather Statement issued September 24 at 1:08AM EDT by NWS Binghamton NY
Locally dense fog is expected to develop early this morning into
the morning commute across central New York and Northeastern
Pennslyvania. The fog may reduce visibilities to a half mile or
less. If driving, slow down, use your low beam headlights, and
leave extra distance in front of you.
