Please note new parking procedures on Bayne Ave:
Reverse angle parking will be put into effect on Bayne Ave. today . This is a new version of parking that, per Penn Dot and many traffic studies, is a safer way of parking for drivers and pedestrians.
When parking on Bayne, please use the new parking method by pulling past the spot you want to park in and back directly into the spot. This will allow you to be facing oncoming traffic when pulling out and leaving the spot you are in.
