Description
The Village of Lyndonville is currently accepting applications for a Clerk (Part-Time), to assist with bank reconciliation, data entry, filing, bulk mailings, record keeping, cleaning and day to day functions. Salary is based on experience. Applicants will be subject to a pre-employment drug/alcohol test. Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
• Flexible schedule a must. (15 to 20 hours a week minimum and coverage for Clerk-Treasurer)
• Previous municipal accounting, bookkeeping or Logics experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Strong communication skills, able to handle the public in a professional manner.
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Quick learner with strong organizational skills, flexibility and attention to detail.
