Churchill Borough is exploring the potential creation of a Stormwater Authority Fund to help address local stormwater management needs and infrastructure improvements.
We invite all residents to attend an educational session to learn more about what this could mean for our community on Wednesday, September 17 at 6 p.m., at the Churchill Borough Building, 2300 William Penn Highway, Pgh., PA 15235
This session will provide background on stormwater challenges, how a Stormwater Authority works, potential impacts and will give residents an opportunity to ask questions and share feedback.
