Dover Township residents, please be advised that the Citizen Action Center (CAC) online utility billing portal is currently experiencing technical issues. At this time, the balances shown are not accurate for any account. Some residents may see a $0 balance, while others may incorrectly appear to owe a balance (including late fees).
Until this issue is resolved, we highly recommend paying your bill either:
• In person at the Township Office, or
• By mailing a check using the balance listed on your most recent mailed bill.
If you are unsure of your correct balance, please call the Township Office at 717-292-3634 and our staff will be happy to assist you.
We are actively working with our vendor, Diversified Technology, to correct the problem as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding while the system is being repaired.
