Dover Township residents, please be advised that the Citizen Action Center (CAC) online utility billing portal is currently experiencing a technical issue. Some accounts are showing a $0 balance, which is not accurate.
Please refer to your most recent mailed bill for the correct balance.
If you need assistance confirming your account balance, you may call the Township Office at 717-292-3634 and our staff will be happy to help.
