Special Weather Statement issued September 5 at 5:41AM EDT by NWS Binghamton NY
Locally dense fog has developed this morning, especially at the
higher elevations, which is reducing visibility to one half mile
or less in some spots. If driving, slow down, use your low beam
headlights, and leave extra distance ahead of you.
