Description
Penn Avenue Extension between Aliquippa Street and the Tri-Boro Expressway (Route 130) in Wilkins and Turtle Creek has reopened to traffic earlier than expected. The closure, which began on July 7, 2025, was required for construction of a retaining wall, pavement and sidewalk reconstruction, utility work, and guide rail replacement near Aliquippa Street.
