Special Weather Statement issued August 25 at 4:14AM EDT by NWS State College PA
Locally dense fog will reduce visibility early this morning,
especially in valley locations. If traveling, be prepared for
changes in visibility over a short distance. The fog will
dissipate and visibility will steadily improve through mid-
morning.
