* Until 715 AM EDT.
* At 514 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 39 nm north of Ashtabula to 15 nm northwest of
Fairport Harbor, moving east at 30 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
