* Special Marine Warning for...
Nearshore and Open waters from Willowick OH to Ripley NY...
* Until 400 AM EDT.
* At 155 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 18 nm northwest of Erie to 7 nm northeast of
Ashtabula to near Geneva-On-The-Lake, moving east at 25 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
* Locations impacted include...
Erie, Geneva-On-The-Lake, Conneaut, Fairport Harbor, and Ashtabula.
