NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
Driveway Work and Township Permit Requirements
Residents are advised that paving companies have been traveling through Middle Paxton Township offering to perform driveway work. Please be aware that a permit is required for any work involving driveways that connect to a Public Road.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• New driveway installations
• Driveway widening
• Paving
• Resurfacing and/or resealing
• Modifications to existing driveways
Failure to obtain a permit prior to performing such work may result in enforcement action and potential fines.
If you are considering having work done on your driveway, please contact the Township Office to ensure all necessary permits are secured beforehand.
