Description
TRAIL SURVEY RESULTS ARE IN!

Thank you to the 218 residents who participated in our Chartiers Creek Trail and Baker's Acres Trail feasibility study survey! Your input is helping shape the future of walking and biking in our community.
KEY FINDINGS:
75% of residents use the Chartiers Creek Trail - with walking and dog walking being the top activities
Most popular trail improvements wanted: Better lighting, drainage improvements, and wayfinding signage
Strong community support for trail connectivity to neighboring areas like Carnegie and Ingram
Safety priorities: Addressing vehicle speeds, improving sidewalk conditions, and enhancing lighting on Ewing Road and creek areas

What's next? This valuable feedback will guide our trail development plans as we work to make Crafton an even more walkable, connected community. The study is funded by a generous grant from Pennsylvania's Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.

Full survey results summary attached - see what your neighbors had to say about making our trails and walkways safer and more accessible for everyone!
