Flood Watch issued July 30 at 2:25PM EDT until August 1 at 5:00AM EDT by NWS Binghamton NY

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central New York, including the following
area, Sullivan and northeast Pennsylvania, including the following
areas, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike, Southern Wayne
and Wyoming.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Slow moving front with heavy showers and thunderstorms along
and south of the front Thursday afternoon and evening could
result in isolated to scattered flash flooding.
