Special Weather Statement issued July 30 at 6:10AM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH
Patchy dense fog has developed this morning, with visibility below
one quarter of a mile across parts of the area. Motorists should
be prepared for fluctuating and locally very low visibility early
this morning. Improvements in visibilities are expected after the
sun rises and fog begins to dissipate.
