Special Weather Statement issued July 28 at 4:46AM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH
Expect areas of patchy dense fog this morning, and be prepared
for rapid changes in visibility that could be less than one
quarter mile at times if driving on area roads. Improvements in
visibilities are expected after sunrise later this morning.
