Special Weather Statement issued July 28 at 4:16AM EDT by NWS Buffalo NY
Webcams, satellite products and surface stations are reporting
areas of fog across the Southern Tier, including portions of
Interstate 86 and Route 219. Some of this fog is locally dense in
spots with visibilities down to a quarter of a mile or less.
If traveling before dawn this morning, be sure to slow down and be
preparted for rapid changes in visibility. The fog is expected to
dissipate after sunrise.
