Description
Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued July 26 at 11:11PM EDT until July 26 at 11:30PM EDT by NWS State College PA
At 1110 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Cashtown to near Carroll Valley to Smithsburg,
moving southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Waynesboro, Gettysburg, Greencastle, Carroll Valley, Fayetteville,
Wayne Heights, Mont Alto, Lake Heritage, Rouzerville, Cashtown,
Orrtanna, and Maugansville.
This includes Interstate 81 from mile markers 0 to 6.
Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.
