Flood Watch issued July 20 at 9:43PM CDT until July 21 at 12:00PM CDT by NWS Lincoln IL
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Locations along and south of a Rushville to Lincoln to
Paris line.
* WHEN...Through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and
flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
