The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a
* Special Marine Warning for...
Nearshore waters from Geneva-on-the-lake OH to Ripley NY...
* Until 800 PM EDT.
* At 731 PM EDT, a line of showers producing waterspouts were
located along a line extending from Ripley to near Ashtabula,
moving east at 45 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
