Flood Watch issued July 16 at 11:32PM EDT until July 17 at 3:00AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, in east central
Pennsylvania, Berks, Lehigh and Northampton. In northeast
Pennsylvania, Carbon and Monroe. In southeast Pennsylvania,
Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks,
Philadelphia, Upper Bucks, Western Chester and Western Montgomery.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy showers and thunderstorms will continue over the next
several hours. Storms will be capable of dropping a quick 1
to 2 inches of rainfall within a 1 to 3 hour period leading
to flash flooding. Isolated amounts of 2 to 4 inches will be
possible.
