Flood Advisory issued July 16 at 6:15PM EDT until July 16 at 9:15PM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Pennsylvania, including the
following county, Erie.

* WHEN...Until 915 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 615 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Erie, North East, Girard, Northwest Harborcreek, Harborcreek,
Lawrence Park, Wesleyville, Lake City, Northwest Harborcr and
Avonia.

- Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety
and preparedness information.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
