Southeastern Clinton County in north central Pennsylvania...
Southern Lycoming County in north central Pennsylvania...
Central Union County in central Pennsylvania...

* Until 745 PM EDT.

* At 720 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Carroll,
moving east at 5 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Carroll, R.B. Winter State Park, Sand Bridge State Park, and McCall
Dam State Park.

For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the
Loganton and Lewisburg-Williamsport exits, specifically from mile
markers 189 to 202.

Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.

Very heavy rainfall is occurring with this severe thunderstorm, and
may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
