According to Allegheny County Emergency Services:
UPDATE: Allegheny County Emergency Services (ACES) 9-1-1 Communications has been 100% back to normal operations, with no issues, for approximately 30 minutes. The intermittent outage remains to be a state-wide issue, and we have been in constant coordination with all of our county partners and PEMA while they troubleshoot. Thank you for your patience during this incident. If you cannot get through via 9-1-1 and are in Allegheny County, dial (412)-473-3056.
