Flash Flood Warning issued July 9 at 10:10PM EDT until July 9 at 10:15PM EDT by NWS State College PA
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for a portion of
central Pennsylvania.
