Flood Watch issued July 9 at 9:29AM EDT until July 10 at 2:00AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Pennsylvania,
including the following areas, in east central Pennsylvania,
Berks, Lehigh and Northampton. In southeast Pennsylvania,
Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks,
Philadelphia, Upper Bucks, Western Chester and Western Montgomery.
* WHEN...From 5 PM EDT this afternoon through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Another round of showers and thunderstorms are expected late
this afternoon and into tonight which could produce heavy
rain. With an already saturated surface, it will not take
much rainfall to result in flooding. Rainfall rates of around
2 to 3 inches per hour are possible.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
