Flood Watch issued July 8 at 2:18AM EDT until July 9 at 12:00AM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and York.

* WHEN...From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Slow moving thunderstorms with rainfall rates above 2 inches
per hour at times could produce scattered instances of flash
flooding.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
