* Scattered Thunderstorms With Locally Gusty Winds *
A broken band of thunderstorms will move through northeast
Pennsylvania into portions of east central New York. Some of the
thunderstorms may produce brief gusty winds to 40 mph as they move
eastward through 9pm.
