Description
The staff of the York County Planning Commission (YCPC)invites the citizens of York County to attend a Public Hearing to discuss the proposed Program Year (PY) 2025-2029 York County Consolidated Plan, which includes the 2025 Annual Action Plan, and serves as the required planning and application process for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant(CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnership Act Programs. The Plan will guide the future housing and community development decisions of the County. The public hearing will provide information and allow comments on the proposed Plan.
