Description
Special Weather Statement issued July 4 at 7:15PM EDT by NWS Tampa Bay Ruskin FL
At 715 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 8 miles south of Fowlers Bluff to Black Diamond
to Juniper Springs. Movement was south at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Lecanto, Homosassa Springs, High Point, Lake Lindsey, Inverness
Airport, Shady Hills, Lake Panasoffkee, Adamsville, Glen Lakes,
Sumterville, South Brooksville, Pine Ridge, Heatherwood, Weeki
Wachee, Citrus Hills, Gospel Island, Black Diamond, Floral City,
North Brooksville, and Brookridge.
