Flash Flood Warning issued July 1 at 2:15AM EDT until July 1 at 3:30AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ

At 215 AM EDT, The heaviest of the rain has tapered off but it
brought 1 to 2 inches of rainfall with streamflows remaining high.
For this reason the Flash Flood Warning remains in effect at this
time.



HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
Reading, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Hamburg, Fleetwood,
Sinking Spring, Laureldale, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Topton and
Robesonia.

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
