Description
Flood Warning issued June 30 at 9:30PM EDT until June 30 at 11:45PM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of east central Pennsylvania, including the
following county, Berks.
* WHEN...Until 1145 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 929 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated slow moving thunderstorms with heavy rainfall
across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible
in the warned area.
- For Manatawny Creek at Spangville:
At 9:15pm the stage was 6.05 feet.
Flood Stage is 6 feet.

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when
it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
