* Until 215 PM EDT.

* At 128 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Newport, or
near Wilmington, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
possible.

* Locations impacted include...
Wilmington, West Chester, Chester, Pennsville, Yeadon, Westtown,
Carneys Point, Swarthmore, Elsmere, New Castle, Penns Grove, East
Lansdowne, Newport, Arden, Stanton, Cheyney, Talleyville, Elam,
Chelsea, and Gradyville.
