Hancock County in northern West Virginia...

* Until 430 PM EDT.

* At 352 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
over Oakwood to over East Liverpool, or along a line from over New
Castle to over East Liverpool, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
