Description
The Economy Borough Council is seeking qualified applicants to fill one (1) vacancy on the Economy Borough Municipal Authority Board for a term that ends on December 31, 2026. The Economy Borough Municipal Authority is charged with the maintenance, operation, and expansion of the sanitary sewer system. The Authority also finances projects to repair, replace, or extend sewer lines, usually through the issuance of bonds.
Appointments to this Board are made by the Borough Council at their reorganization meeting or when a vacancy occurs.
Residents interested in serving are encouraged to submit a letter of interest and resume via email to travis@economyborough.org or deliver to the Municipal Building at 2856 Conway Wallrose Road, Baden, PA 15005, for consideration before July 7, 2025.
