Here is the latest update from from Met-Ed:
Good afternoon. Our crews are continuing work to restore power to impacted customers in parts of Littlestown Borough and Germany, Union, Mount Pleasant, and Mount Joy Townships. We understand that it is very hot today and are committed to completing this work as quickly and safely as possible.
While crews work to restore service, impacted customers may pick up two 10-pound bags of ice and two 1-gallon jugs of water (or equivalent) at the following Giant locations. Let the cashier know at checkout that you are a Met-Ed customer without power.

A cooling center is also available at 43 S. Columbus Avenue in Littlestown. This location is in the building behind the borough office and will be open until power is restored.
