There have been reports of a black bear roaming in the area of Broadmoor Boulevard and Douglass Village.
We strongly urge our residents to secure all trash cans, which will help prevent the bear from entering your property. Also, be mindful of your pets being off-leash and unattended, as this will help avoid any potential harm.
