Special Weather Statement issued June 18 at 3:12AM EDT by NWS State College PA
Areas of dense fog have developed early this morning, with the
poorest visibilities (near or under a quarter mile) over the
higher terrain.
Early morning commuters should stay vigilant and be prepared for
rapidly changing conditions. Please slow down appropriately as
conditions warrant, and if needed, allow extra time to reach your
destination.
